An educational training was conducted by the Quality Control department

On September 23, October 2, and October 9, an educational training on the requirements of the ISO 9001-2015 international standard was conducted by Rasul Shikhmuradov, the head of the Quality Control department.

The training covered the importance of implementing the standard in the organization, its principles, the planning of the quality management system, a summarized explanation of the standard’s structure, tools for measuring and improving customer satisfaction, and more.

To further enhance the understanding of the standard's significance, the training was held in a format of mutual exchange of opinions.

At the end, a questionnaire was provided to the participants to measure the effectiveness of the training.
