A meeting on "Mission, vision and values" was held at METAK

On July 11-12, the head of the Budgeting and Strategy Department, Aslan Agayev, held a meeting on "Mission, vision and values". About 40 employees of the company participated in the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to involve all company leaders in the strategy development process, to share ideas and experience with the aim of forming the company's mission, vision and values together.
The results of both individual and group work were voiced and discussed at the meeting.
The next step is to present the prepared statements and shared ideas to the company's management.
